GENERAL

Participation in a previous show does not guarantee placement in future shows.

The SHWRM reserves the right to review previously accepted collections.

Contracts received after the deadline date will then have space assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.

SPACE LIMITATIONS

SHWRM reserves the right to refund any payment submitted as part of this application and to decline participation in the SHWRM if, based upon available space at the SHWRM, the SHWRM is overbooked and has no available space for the Applicant.  The decision of SHWRM concerning overbooking shall be at the sole discretion and determination of SHWRM.  SHWRM shall make such determination as soon as it is reasonably practical prior to SHWRM and shall refund the payment made to SHWRM for the SHOW within a reasonable amount of time after notification to the Applicant of the overbooking.  Applicant understands and agrees to the right of SHWRM to refund such payment and such cancellation and declination to participate in SHWRM shall be without any liability of SHWRM to Applicant.

COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE

The Exhibitor shall maintain a certificate of liability insurance policy naming the SHWRM as an additional insured and fully protected from any and all claims of any nature, including claims arising under the Worker’s Compensation ACT, and claims for damages for property and personal injury including death which may arise from the operations of the Exhibitor in connection with his or her exhibit space.  Certificate of liability insurance to read no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggeregate.  The policy must be for the duration of the show, including move-in and move-out dates.
